Locally Owned, Thoughtfully Managed

Albany sits between rugged coastline and rolling farmland at the southern tip of Western Australia, and it rewards a bit of local knowledge. Head 18 minutes out to Torndirrup National Park for the granite headlands, the Gap and the Natural Bridge, or stay closer to town and walk the boardwalks at Middleton Beach, six minutes from the CBD. Winter brings whale watching along the coast, spring brings the wildflower trails inland, and the Great Southern wine region around Porongurup is a 37 minute drive if you want to build a full day around it.

Edwin, who manages the properties here, has spent 7 years running holiday rentals across Albany and the Great Southern region and lives locally, not answering guest calls from an office somewhere else. Whether you’re here for a weekend escape, a family holiday or a longer stay to explore the region properly, that local knowledge comes with the apartment.

Plan Your Adventure

Albany’s heritage precinct sits right in town, where the old Courthouse and the replica of the brig Amity tell the story of Western Australia’s first European settlement. From there it’s an easy walk to the harbour, or a six minute drive out to Middleton Beach if you’d rather spend the afternoon on the sand. For something further afield, Torndirrup National Park is 18 minutes away with clifftop walking trails, and the Porongurup wine region is about 37 minutes if you want to spend a day between cellar doors. Whale watching runs through the cooler winter months, with sightings possible right along the coast over King George Sound.
